Our law firm deals not only with matters related to broadly understood commercial and civil law, but also with matters related to immigration law and legalization of residence for foreigners.
In 2024, we handled the case of a Tunisian citizen who applied for another temporary residence permit. However, the office of first instance refused to grant him a temporary residence permit, claiming that he had not presented reliable documents confirming that he had an income not lower than the minimum wage. As a result of our appeal and the arguments presented, the Head of the Foreigners’ Office decided to overturn the contested decision and grant our client a residence permit.
The case was handled by Michał Fert, Attorney-at-Law, together with his team.
